Director: Penelope White

Penelope was born in Greece in 1963 but came to the UK in 1984. She studied child care in Athens for three years, gaining a nursery teaching certificate, and later qualified as a Montessori teacher at the London Montessori Centre in 1987. She is married and lives in New Cross and has two children of her own. She is currently studying at London Metropolitan University for a BA (hons) in early childhood studies.

The nursery employs seven other members of staff, all of whom are qualified to NVQ Level 3 or Montessori Diploma. Students are taken on from time to time as part of their work experience training.
